If you don't receive it, please email us or, even better, call us - something went wrong with your email.
- Some e-mail addresses have typos. Even one typo in your email address will cause it to not arrive.
- Some mailboxes are full.
- Some emails are stopped by spam filters.
- Some accounts are set up to not accept what looks like unsolicited email.
- Some Paypal accounts have an old, outdated email address listed as the primary address.
One of these things has happened to your email and we usually have no way of even telling that you didn't get your email!
Make sure you are accepting mail from us, that your spam filter is not set too high, and that your mailbox is not full!
